How to Get Clay in Windrose

You need a shovel

• Craft Iron Shovel at Smithy T1 (4 iron + 2 wood).
• Equip in main-hand. Stone tools cannot dig clay nodes.

Where to dig

• Driftwood Cove river bank — 6 nodes along the southern bank.
• PT9 Foothills creek — 10 nodes, look for orange tinted earth.
• Salt Marsh pond edge — risky, 8 nodes around the toad arena.

Turning clay into bricks

1. Build a Brick Kiln (20 stone + 10 clay + 4 charcoal).
2. Insert clay + 1 charcoal per 4 bricks.
3. Fire — yields bricks in 90 seconds.
